With experience serving Fortune 1000 companies, Adam brings streamlined operations, technology adoption, and a customer-focused approach to the home services sector. Jenelle, a career nurse and former Director of Nursing, adds a foundation of compassion and high standards. Together, they have built a company dedicated to quality, service, and community.
Our belief at Bean’s Power Clean is simple: take insanely good care of the team, so the team can take insanely good care of customers. We invest in our team’s well-being, with comprehensive benefits, specialized training, and a supportive culture that empowers them to deliver top-tier service every time.
We’ve developed a proprietary training system to ensure consistent quality across all team members, and we’ve engineered a custom soft wash system in collaboration with Southeast Softwash, offering safe and effective solutions for our clients.
Beyond our service, we’re dedicated to giving back. Bean’s donates 1% of revenue to local nonprofits and dedicates one day per quarter to team volunteering, reinforcing our commitment to making a positive impact on our community.
